The goal of this service is to maximize efficiency and minimize the time co-parents are in conflict. Our service is designed to help co-parent(s) most effectively by first understanding the unique dynamics of your coparenting relationship, and identifying your strengths and challenges. Once this is accomplished, we collaboratively assess your most pressing co-parenting issues before creating a customized plan. From there, your coach will focus on teaching you the necessary skills that will help you reach your primary goals.
Co-Parenting coaching can be done in individual sessions with one parent, individual sessions with each parent, or in joint sessions with both parents. The frequency of sessions will vary depending on the needs of the coparent(s) and the children. With personalized guidance and support, you’ll gain valuable insights on how to create a stable and loving environment that puts your children’s emotional well-being first.
